Alejandro Madrid (1995) has been involved in the world of images since he was a child. His father had a fascination with collecting pictures and postcards. This atraction has always lived inside of him. He moved to Madrid to study Fine Arts and Fashion Photography.
He choose the language of photography to create and reflect on the power of images in the contemporary society; thereby exploring the beauty and aesthetic in the ordinary world, light and shadow. His work is aimed to appropriate everyday life and elevate it to a graceful concept. Perception and illusion floating between reallity and hallucinations.
